Job Descriptions:

• Supervise shipping colleagues
• Work with customers, forwarder and our factories for all shipping (Raw Materials) coordination and arrangement
• Handle daily shipment operation flow and custom clearance duties
• Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents, invoices, banking documents;
• Responsible for supporting shipment operations between HK & China & Vietnam as well as coordinate all shipment activities
• Monitor all shipments in transit and alert needed parties in case of any problems
• Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in logistic
• Proficient in PC knowledge in MS office and accounting software (with good English and Chinese typing skills)
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Independent, responsible, hard-working, corporate with colleagues and willing to work under pressure
