Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Sales team
• Order management, customer enquiries, forecast & delivery planning in an efficient & professional manner
• Coordinate with customers, factories & internal departments for order processing & shipment arrangements
• Support data analysis and preparing reports
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties if necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant experience, experience in electronic industry is an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written in English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Proficient in MS Office. Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure & work independently with strong problem solving skills
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Administrator
