Job Description
My client, a sizable MNC Logistic/Forwarder company, is now looking for a outstanding talent:
Process Manager (Logistic/forwarder) – (40K - 50K) (5days, double pay) (urgent)
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 6 years of working experience, work in International Logistics/forwarder or Supply Chain Management, shipping industry is must.
- Experience from working with Business Process Design, Process Management and/or Process Outsourcing will be a plus.
- Experience developing or managing dashboards using Power BI App
- Training/experience in Project Management
- Plan and execute global or regional processes change and improvement initiative in line with changes in regulations, market conditions, industry practices and customer needs.
- Develop training material and conduct process related training (online or face-to-face depending on circumstances) for operational staff across the globe.
- Participate in larger process improvement and digital transformation projects, focusing on operational processes and change management.
- Good command of English and Mandarin
