Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations of import & export shipping documents
- Co-ordinate shipment with forwarders, warehouse and customers and arrange shipment bookings & delivery
- Filing, data entry and other clerical duties
Required Qualifications:
- Tertiary or above
- With 1 year experience in freight forwarding / shipping / operational logistics is more preferred
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, willing to learn
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant
- Fresh graduate with Supply Chain / Logistics related discipline would also be considered
