Responsibilities:-
• Process full set of warehouse document
• Data entry to the Warehouse System
• Ensure the smoothness and efficiency of warehouse document flow, and proceed according to the SOP
• Order follow up, with coordinate between subcontractors and different departments
• Prepare customer’s invoices in a timely manner
• Solve customer billing enquires

Requirement Details:
• F.5 / Diploma graduated, with working experience in logistics, warehouse or transportation industry
• At least 3 years working experience in warehouse operation and document processing
• Independent, self-Motivated and disciplinary
• Good at communication, attach importance to team work
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel and Word) and Warehouse System
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Clerk
