Responsibilities

Handle full set of Import and Export documents, L/C & bank document and Tradelink declaration

Follow up daily shipments, overseas orders and booking arrangement

Work closely with factories and forwarders to ensure on time delivery

Arrange weekly export shipments to China offices

Familiar with China Custom Clearance is a plus

Assist superior to accomplish shipping work, daily operation and filing

Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics Management or above and at least 3 years of relevant working experience in shipping and operation

At least 3 years of experience of I/E and L/C documents in trading / buying offices

Responsible, independent, well-organized and good communication

Knowledge of ERP operation, Microsoft Dynamic NAV is a plus

Computer knowledge in MS office and Chinese Word processing are required

Working experience in forwarder is welcome

Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Immediate available is highly preferred
