Job Responsibilities:

- Act as a main contact point to supervise external consigned logistics partner to perform all routine warehouse operation duties, inbound and outbound;
- Provide clerical support including system updates, invoice & delivery note preparation, stock return handling, stock transfer and adjustment;
- Coordinate with Sales team to fulfil sales orders and stock replenishment timely and accurately on daily basis;
- Monitor and follow up defective or obsolete stock status with action plan proposed for clearance and disposal;
- Ensure stock count is performed on a timely basis to maintain accurate inventory records and smooth inventory movement, and investigate variance and conduct adjustments where necessary;
- Coordinate with Product team to ensure supplies and quality standard of materials and tasks required for labelling and packaging;
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc inventory report to facilitate analysis and review;
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or above;
- 2-3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in a retail / wholesale / logistics sector;
- Detail-minded with good numeric and communication skills;
- Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office, Excel & Chinese word processing;
- Some knowledge of general accounting is an advantage;
- Hardworking and willing to take up challenges.
