• Responsible for carrying out lead time and cost analysis for optimising operational excellence
• Participate in both study and implementation of various projects
• Assist Manager in analysing procedure change and update with potential of improvement for upward mobility, as well as overseeing all logistics activities to drive operational excellence in terms of shipment planning, logistics service provider performance, SOP compliance and simplification
• Ensure full SOP compliance within the team and identify opportunities for further process enhancement / simplification
• Support in preparing regular reporting for process and shipment control
• Assist in capacity forecasting and planning
•  Ensure logistics service provider performance achieve KPI targets
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Degree holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related majors
• 4-6 years’ logistics and shipping experience in Hong Kong, Macau and potentially areas in Asia; preferably in fashion garment retail industry but not a must
• Knowledge in logistics, shipping processes, documentation for inbound to HK and outbound to Macau and Asia
• Strong Excel skills is preferred
• Practical, team player, customer service oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
