Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement the Company’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies and procedures
• Engage proactively to promote company-wide safety awareness and monitor safety practice to minimize risk and accidents
• Facilitate and provide OSH training, staff competency evaluations and performance briefs to every workforce and organize bespoke seminars as needed
• Monitor OSH inspections on regularly basis and facilitate OSH audits
• Conduct and manage accident / incident investigations, containment activities and provide solution for preventative actions for Lost-Time Injury, Minor Injury and Near Miss incidents and accidents.
• Collect, analyze OSH related and provide report for management
• Monitor and maintenance appropriate PPE are in use in the entire operations
• Monitor updated standard practice from OSH legislation requirements and provide advice for workplace implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder of occupational safety and health, engineering or other related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in H&S management
• Familiar with FIUO & ISO45001
• Registered Safety Officer will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Proactive, well-organized and self-motivated team player
