• Responsible for monitoring service provider on-time customs clearance
• Assist in liaising with carriers / suppliers when encounter incomplete documentation and/or delivery non-compliance
• Liaise with carriers / business on urgent orders, goods collection declaration, schedule planning, and on-time customs declaration
• Handle return shipment upon request
• Prepare regular shipment reports and documents for process and shipment control
• Handle inbound and outbound customs declaration, as well as non-stock shipment planning and coordination
• Support in preparing SOP compliance and simplification
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Degree holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related majors
• High School Diploma or equivalent will also be considered
• 3-5 years’ logistics and shipping experience in Hong Kong, Macau and potentially areas in Asia; preferably in fashion garment retail industry but not a must
• Knowledge in logistics, shipping processes, documentation for inbound to HK and outbound to Macau and Asia
• Strong Excel skills is preferred
• Practical, team player, customer service oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
