Responsibilities:

• Prepare delivery orders and monitor the ordering process to ensure on time delivery
• Maintain good communication between internal and external parties and arrange goods delivery
• Supervise the execution of delivery schedule by routing and scheduling vehicles, delivery teams, and driver's activities related to the distribution of products to customers
• Handle inventory operation management
• Prepare transportation and monthly report
• Perform other ad hoc as assigned in customer service

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above, welcome fresh graduate
• At least 1-2 year relevant experience in shipping or logistics service
• Handle shipping documents and tradelink declaration
• Good in MS Office applications (including Word, Excel & Chinese WP)
• Able to communicate with English -email
• Clerical supports and general administration duties
• Self-motivated, Stable, Smart , Pleasant, Well Organized and detail oriented
• Responsible, able to work under pressure and tight schedule  independently
• Immediate available is an advantage
