- Participate in developing, coordinating and implementing the delivery of sustainability initiatives particularly in-house industrial training programs
- Participate in drafting and preparing documentation at a professional level
- Support the supervisor to perform duties on internal auditing and control activities
- Participate in developing, coordinating and managing training programs in the areas of job skills and knowledge, compliance, environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) etc. to meet the company business need
- Develop the appropriate modules and videos as e-learning materials with relevant parties
- Participate in coordinating and carrying out duties in the corporate sustainability issues, such as data collection, analysis and reporting
- Prepare and draft regular management reports and ESG report
- Prepare and draft bi-lingual publicity writings, such as corporate news and business proposals
- Undertake ad hoc assignments whenever required
- -A Professional Diploma/Degree in business, education, sustainability or related disciplines;
- -Minimum 1 year full-time working experience at related field;
- -High standard of literacy in both English and Chinese language;
- -Ready to take responsibility and be reliable, self-motivated and open-minded;
- -Good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with various stakeholders;
- -Good organizational skills, multitasking and meeting deadlines at ease;
- -Strong PC skills, proficient in using MS Office is a must;
- -Knowledge/Experience in using SharePoint, Video tools will be an advantage
