Responsibilities :

• Administer full spectrum of procurement activities including compiling and maintaining all documentation for purchase requisition, quotation/tendering and purchase order;
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and responsible for benchmarking exercise;
• Monitor, measure and review supplier performance and maintain good relationship with vendors;
• Develop and implement procurement strategies;
• Help the Senior Staff to prepare & negotiate the contract; and
• Prepare management report (in both English and Chinese) and take ad-hoc tasks assigned from Supervisor.

Requirements :

• A recognized university degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent;
• 2-3 years working experience Marketing/Telecom/IT/Electrical Engineering related field is a plus;
• A strategic thinker with strong commercial sense, analytical skills and project management skills;
• Experience working experience in Marketing/Telecom/IT/Electrical Engineering related field is a plus;;
• A strategic thinker with strong commercial sense, analytical skills and project management skills;
• Experience in whole tender process and procurement strategy will be an advantage;
• Working Experience in Chinese Companies will be a competitive advantage;
• Good communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. Written and spoken Mandarin is a MUST.

• Fresh Graduate will be considered as Assistant
