Senior Growth Manager (Partnership)

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Senior Growth Manager who can plan, develop, and execute our overall strategic business development plan.

Here’s what you’ll be doing with us:

• To generate/identify business opportunities through various sales activities, as to drive revenue and to meet KPIs
• To identify market needs and implement effective sales strategy, to promote insurance products to the target clients
• To work closely with our business partners, and serve as primary point of contact to those partners
• To execute product development projects from ideas to implementation to launch, by working closely with various departments (i.e. Product, Underwriting, IT and Marketing)

And here’s whom we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of relevant business development experience, some insurance brokerage experience is a plus
• A track record of strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, experience in defining, growing, and managing partnerships or products
• A communication expert who is capable to build relationship with potential business partners / clients
• Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and good team player
• Assertive self-starter who can work independently and is results driven
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in various sales and marketing apps
