Major Responsibilities:

• Perform general administration tasks e.g. handling incoming calls, answering enquiries, filing documents and courier arrangement.
• Communicate and follow-up with vendors, customers and other operational contacts.
• Handle office and equipment maintenance, order stationery & office supplies.
  
• Handle service calls and maintenance enquires
  
• Manage technical team working schedule
  
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Secondary 5 or above
• 1 year administrative or customer service experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Proficient in PC application i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be patient, cheerful and have good problem solving abilities
• Able to work independently and be multi-task handling
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
