Upon the completion of 1 year in-store on-the-job training, Graduate Trainees will be equipped to perform all supervisory duties of store operations independently. For the 2nd year training, Graduate Trainees will be attached at IT & E-Business Department, Logistics Department, Business Development & Licensee Department, and Operation & Buying Department.

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree graduated in IT / E-Commence / Logistics / Surveying / Retail Management & Operation is preferred;
• Strong motivation and passion to develop career in retail industry;
• Responsible, willing to learn, hardworking and able to work under pressure;
• Pleasant, polite, harmonious and out-going personality;
• Self-initiative, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and
• Working on shift and public holidays are required.
