Job Duties:

• To supervise a team for managing all daily operations of accounting function in Hong Kong and Macau
• To perform timely and accurate financial reporting
• To ensure and review the compliance of the group financial policies and procedures
• To review and enhance workflows for better and efficient financial operation and reporting
• To support in ad hoc financial evaluation supporting for business planning / development projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and processed Accountancy qualifications
• Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ working experiences, exposure in the industry of property management is an advantage
• Mature, detail orientated, excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen with logical presentations in report writing
• Travel occasionally to Macau
