Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in promotion and implementation of fundraising events
- Maintain donation reporting and filing system
- Support fundraising related administration work
- Handle incoming calls and donors’ inquiries
- Assist in the development of new marketing and fundraising initiatives
- Willing to work over the weekend for events with compensation leave in weekdays
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Fundraising Manager or in his/her absence the Deputy Director-Marketing & Communications
- HKDSE or above with 1 year experience
- Experience in telesales/telemarketing is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Proficient Microsoft office especially in Excel and Chinese word processing
- Friendly, outgoing, energetic and detailed-oriented
- Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals
