Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in promotion and implementation of fundraising events
  • Maintain donation reporting and filing system 
  • Support fundraising related administration work
  • Handle incoming calls and donors’ inquiries
  • Assist in the development of new marketing and fundraising initiatives
  • Willing to work over the weekend for events with compensation leave in weekdays
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Fundraising Manager or in his/her absence the Deputy Director-Marketing & Communications
Requirements
  • HKDSE or above with 1 year experience
  • Experience in telesales/telemarketing is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Proficient Microsoft office especially in Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Friendly, outgoing, energetic and detailed-oriented
  • Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals
