Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle customer' enquiries in a quality manner via Telephone Livechat and Email;
- No Sales targets required;
- Coordinate with Sales, Products and Logistics team to ensure the customer order is delivery on time;
- Follow up orders from order placed to delivery & provide after sales service
- Shift Duty is needed (Mon-Sun)
- F.5 / DSE or above
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing
- Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
- Immediately available is preferred
- 5 days a week with bank holidays
