Responsibilities:

• Identify new lead and connect with prospects
• Develop targeted sales and strategies
• Eager to close deals with clients
• Develop relationships and gain trust with clients, pursue customer retention and acquisition
• Facilitate high quality customer services support
• Engage in emails, phone calls, meetings with clients
• Conduct market research Determine opportunities for up sells, expansions and maximizing opportunities for revenue growth
• Liaise and coordinate with outsourced freelancers

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Minimum of 3 years in relevant field
• Cosmetic manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of marketing will be an advantage
• Applicants with less experience will be considered at junior level
• Strong organisation and follow up skills, Upbeat attitude with quick response
• Self-sufficient learning and growth mind driven
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP System, Chinese and English typing
