To cope with the digital transformation initiatives in Telehealth & Artificial Intelligence, we are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join us as a Director of Strategic Partnerships, mainly focusing on building new partnership network and channels. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing teams and working closely with management in driving business growth.

What will you do?

• Synergize corporate operation and management results with external factors to plan for strategic mission and milestones effectively, survey key initiatives in delivery of plans
• Represent Comedi Health as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner in answering high severity requests or issue escalations when necessary
• Deploy and implement sales proposals, controls, channel development strategies; proactively promote continuous enhancement and creativity
• Work with our strategic accounts to develop their medical strategy and operations to maximize their earnings from Comedi Health
• Understand the issues and pain points facing our strategic accounts and researching and executing scalable solutions
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Interact closely with team members from Content, Sales and Marketing for lead generation, content management and vendor service
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner clinics and medical services providers’ needs and objectives
• Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues
• To liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate users’ requirements and coordinate with the service provider to fulfill company’s needs
• Work closely together with other functional and marketing teams, assist in marketing events as required.

What do you need to be?

• At least 10 years’ experience in management role in medical or insurance industry, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse and draw inference from data
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partner clinics and medical services providers’ needs
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
• Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
