- Greet and serve clients / members in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls / emails, appointments scheduling and client registration
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by Centre In Charge
- Working hours Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30 and Sat 8:30-13:00
Job Requirement:
- Good customer service and communication skills, well organised and responsible
- DSE or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality, healthcare or any luxury service industry
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office
