• Providing quality customer service on motor after sales services
• Identify and address customer inquiries
• Liaise with customer and provide sales promotion and progress update
• Work closely with workshop technical team and keep track on the operations status
• Follow up repair progress and prepare related documentation

• Form 5 or above with retail sales or customer services experiences
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and excellent in communication skills
• Possessing valid driving license class 1, 2 is an advantage
• Knowledge on MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Fresh graduates will also be welcome and considered as Trainee
