Responsible for the order processing including:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Prepare and follow-up price quotations, sales orders/invoices and purchase orders to the factories and vendors
• Be aware of the supply discrepancies and proceed with clarification with related parties
• Liaise with freight forwarders for the shipment control and arrangement
  
• Prepare delivery notes, shipping documentation and customs clearance.
• Closely work with warehouse keeper for shipment status
• Assist in general clerical duties e.g. filing of documentation, telephone answering, reception duties, etc

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of working experience
• At least 2-3 years exp. in sales coordination/ sales administration/ customer service field in Trading/ Manufacturing field
• Degree/ Diploma holder will be a plus
• Good computer skills, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Patient, humble, sincere with a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• A stable working record will be a plus
• Short notice within 2 weeks is highly preferred
