Job Description

THE JOB:

Answer customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Ensure accurate and smooth order fulfillment process
Assist in daily sales operation
Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments
Office work

REQUIREMENTS:

Attentive to details, responsible and outgoing
Able to work under pressure
University Graduate with 1-year experience in customer service
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Knowledge in wine/whisky is a plus
Immediate available is highly preferred
