Sales Supervisor (Ethical Channels, Medical Sales) – Leading Pharmaceutical Company
Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical company in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor to join their Sales team. The right candidate will be responsible for business development & account management in Ethical channels.
Job Description:
- Promote range of products to healthcare institutions and professionals, including Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacist in Hospitals and Clinics
- Build rapport with Doctors, Purchasers, and Clinic staff with regular visits and follow-up calls
- Develop and maintain Sales/Business relationships with current and prospective Clients with assigned portfolios
- Coordinate Sales activities with internal department
- Monitor and report on competitors and market conditions
- Participate in public and private tenders ;
- To identify new area/products for Sales development
- To propose sales strategy and sets target and subsequently ensure the plans are executed accordingly
- Ensuring effective implementation of requirements.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of diverse experience in all aspects of sales and sales management, including distribution channel management, key account development, business planning and analysis
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills using leadership, tact, patience and courtesy, to maintain business relationships through networking
- High degree of adaptability and independence
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
