Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of customer service in your store and follow up on the results;
• Assist Shop Manager for all staff and operational issues as well as boost up the sales
• Motivate and monitor the team to provide excellent service to our customers;
• Achieve company’s sales targets; and
• Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in fashion brands and with solid experience in managing a shop
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good management and coaching skills
• Strong fashion sense and have knowledge in fashion trend
