Job Description
Build strong customer relationships, solve customer query about operations and be curious around their business needs and drivers, to better serve them and identify new business opportunities;
Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, monitor agreed service level and build operational knowledge
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution
- Over 5 years work experience in Logistics companies, preferably conversant with PO management
- Experience in DC/warehouse management an advantage
- Ability to work independently with the key accounts of the Company
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager role
