About the Team: Fiducia Strategy Advisory

Responsibilities and What you will be doing: 

· Perform full project management cycle task and duties 

· Structure, design and prepare project final deliverables 

· Manage client relationship in the project, attend majorinteractions with the client and final presentations 

· Monitor different working streams and different projects simultaneously 

· Support and participate in BD activities 

· Provide intellectual leadership or industry expertise for the whole team Initiate and manage internal improvement projects Develop team members, act as a mentor for juniors 

· Conduct project team appraisals for PPR in cooperation with the project steering committee 

Requirement: 

· Bachelor degree from a top-tier university in China or overseas/MBA is a plus but not a must. 

· At least 6+ year full-time working experience in a locally or internationally renowned consulting firm, with solid experience in research, analysis, management consulting practices & skills 

· Experience with transformation projects and organizational change-related projects is a plus 

· Fluent in spoken and written English. Able to write project deliverables and reports bi-lingually 

· Proven project delivery skills and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously 

· Strategic mindset and solution-oriented attitude 

· Ability to lead a team and deliver results within a set framework and varying conditions
