Key Responsibilities:

• To provide high-quality customer service support for field technicians & customers
• To co-ordinate customers' request with engineers
• To perform daily operations at Control Room including alarm signals processing
• To record call orders and arrange technical support for maintenance & emergency service
• To work closely with security operation team

 Basic Requirements:

• Holder of valid SPP & QAS Certificate is preferable
• Experience in customer service / call centre is preferable
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Basic Computer Knowledge & Skill
• 8-Hour Work per day (Including Meal Time); 6-Day per week
• Shift by Rotation (07:00-15:00; 15:00-23:00; 23:00-07:00)
• Immediate available preferred
