Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with overseas sales units and internal departments to facilitate the international data business workflow
• Prepare key business, service management and analytical reports including revenue, billing, to facilitate oversea key business development, service operations, monitor target achievement and process improvement
• Collect the accurate information from sales and ensure the consistency and accuracy in data system;
• Support data operations team members on all service related administration and activities
• Manage customer account list and prepare relevant reports
• Analyze and interpret business and financial statistics
• Closely monitor performance of carrier business lines and output analysis reports
• Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
• Occasional traveling required

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Studies, finance or related subject
• 2 years working experiences of service operations support in large enterprises. Experiences to work in telecom industry would be an advantage. 
• Good communication and detail minded
• Self-motivated, energetic and a team player
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Project Management experience in telecom industry is a plus
