Job Description
We are a growing company expanding our business and we are inviting passionate and enthusiastic people to join our team!
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries
- Assist customer service team in daily operation
- Handle and follow-up on customer orders, such as prepare quotation and agreement
- Create reports to management according to internal guidelines to monitor customer and operational performances
- Perform ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- 2 years or above of customer service/sales/admin experience
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, English and Chinese typing
- Cheerful, polite, helpful and responsible personality
- Immediately available would be an advantage
