Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints via call, live chat and email in an efficient and professional manner
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective online shopping service to customers
- No sales target and related outbound call
- Follow up any other project as assigned
Requirements:
- University degree holder / Higher Diploma or above
- 1 year or above relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Self-motivated and passionate in personalized service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent in Chinese word processing and MS Office is essential
- 5 day work week with shift duty (9:00-18:00 / 11:00-20:00 / 14:00-23:00 and etc.) on Monday to Sunday including Public Holiday
