• Assist Design Director to handle B2C interior design projects from design to build stage
• Develop new business by analyzing account potential and close deals with potential client in a professional manner
• Monitor projects progress and service delivery including proposal, contract, budget, schedule site meeting and report progress to client
• Play a leading role in the project and coordinate with design team and external parties to ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients
• Manage relationship with external media to maximize brand awareness 
• Site visit and occasional PRC travel is required

• Degree holder in Marketing or Communication or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building material, construction or interior design industry will be an advantage
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
• Good sense of aesthetic, enthusiastic, mature, proactive with can-do attitude 
• Experience in digital marketing, media or public relation is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
