Job Description

- Support Talent Acquisition Manager on different talent sourcing, trainee / internship programmes and employer branding activities
- Assist in full talent acquisition lifecycle activities from sourcing, pre-screening, assessing candidates, job offering to on boarding arrangement to fulfil the business needs
- Source and recommend effective recruitment channels for promote and recruiting talents from local and overseas
- Organize job posting channels and related procurement process to ensure the channels are effectively deployed
- Assist in preparing regular resourcing reporting to management on different HR related metrics
- Support ad hoc projects and assignments when required
You will be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- 2 years’ relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Business Partner will be an advantage
- Experience in handling trainee/ internship programmes will be preferred
- Good knowledge and application of HK Employment Ordinance
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task to think creatively
- Responsible, self-motivated, organized and good team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
