How you’ll contribute

• Responsible for overseeing and assisting with the inputting data & maintenance for both Item Master & RFQ module into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Tracking data collection to fill in attributes from varies related parties as input to sales & marketing team.
• Implement and maintain correct master data structure.
• Organize, conduct data analysis as necessary and support with projects related to master data.
• Collaborate with team colleagues to manage daily tasks including merchandise reporting, assortment/sales data consolidating and sell-through data analysing.
• Effective communication and ability to work with different parties. Daily interactions with team members in sales, marketing, CS, product development, production management team, and OF.
• High Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams etc.). Advance Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must.
• Experience with Netsuite is preferred.
• Experience in data analysis is preferred.
• Must have a keen eye for detail.
