About the Company
Our client is an international fashion group that is continuing to expand across Asia. To cope with business needs, management is looking for a energetic and detail minded Retail Manager to lead the overall brand sales & operations strategies of Hong Kong & Macau.
About the Role
Reporting to the Brand Director, this role will be highly involved in the overall brand strategic development of the Hong Kong & Macau market. You will be responsible from planning stage, analysing and reviewing existing resources; and follow through to working with Boutique Manager on rolling out the strategic plans, managing the progress and ensuring the enhancement of the overall retail performance.
You will be leading an Area Manager to oversee the daily sales & operations of 15+ sizeable direct operated stores across Asia.
Our client will be expecting the Senior Retail Manager to further strengthen the overall business performance through actively strategizing with top management. You will be expected to fine-tune existing establishments to achieve higher sales performance and operations efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree holder with a proven track record of success with any multinational retail label (Management Trainee background will be highly preferred)
- Minimal of 7 years retail management experience with atleast 2 years at a managerial level
- Strong commercial sense and understanding towards the Asia retail markets
- Experience in regional multi-store management and ability to lead a large team is a must
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with top management
- Strategic, resourceful, and self-motivated with proven problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)
- Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Manager
