RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Execute experiments accordingly to established protocols or techniques relevant to molecular experiments, such as PCR, qPCR, in vitro transcription, NGS library construction

·       Execute NGS library pooling, cleanup, quantification, and sequencing

·       Operate and maintain Illumina sequencers

·       Provide supports for DNA and RNA-based experiments, including plasmid library construction, DNA and RNA extraction, etc

·       Accountable for experiment timelines

REQUIREMENTS:

·       A recent master’s degree (or bachelor’s degree with at least one-year relevant lab experience) in life sciences, biomedical sciences or related disciplinary

·       Experience in NGS experiment, molecular cloning, and qPCR is desirable

·       Experience in operating NGS sequencer is a plus

·       Experience in CRISPR (or other gene editors) is a plus
