Job Description

- Participate in government-funded and consultancy projects
- Undertake R&D works for the manufacturing process, smart machinery and control development, e.g. metal, plastic & composite material processing, motion control technology, machine vision applications, signal processing & analysis, etc.
- Perform prototype development, CAE analysis, testing and commissioning, technical drawings (CAD) construction, technical documentation, etc.
- Be responsible to follow schedule and supplier management to ensure on-time delivery and completion of projects
- Support project leader to develop business strategies, marketing plans and conduct marketing activities, e.g. public seminars and training courses, in relation to manufacturing technology
- Undertake project administration and management work in SAP system
- Travel to Mainland China or overseas occasionally for on-site work and project implementation
- Support ad hoc assignments if necessary
- Undergo the HKIE Scheme A Training Program – MCL or MIE discipline
- A minimum of Bachelor Degree from Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Automation/ Mechatronics Engineering-related disciplines or equivalent from a local university
- Knowledge and skill in motion system control, machine vision, python, Solidworks, Ansys, C++, Mathlab, Ladder, etc., is a plus
- Skill in Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) (e.g. Solidworks, Ansys, Siemens NX, etc) is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in technology research and development preferred; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Immediately available will be an advantage
- Self-initiative, good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
