Job Responsibilities:

•  Maintain the inventory accuracy and operational efficiency of the distribution center and store
•  Monitor inventory level and assist in inventory replenishment
•  Monitor the inventory turnover and stock coverage by brand to meet company KPI
•  Handle Inbound/Outbound shipping and delivery documents
•  Conduct and Follow up the stock take reconciliation
•  Prepare various report for regular operation review and analysis
•  Liaise the freight forwarder and customer for order shipment and delivery.
•  Liaise third party logistics for HK local stock management.
•  Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement:

•  Diploma in logistic management / shipping will be an advantage
•  At least 2 year’s practical experience, preferred in inventory planning / warehousing
•  Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
•  Proficiency in computer literacy
•  A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
•  Able to perform multi-tasks with tight schedules
•  Able to work independent, well organized and self-motivated
•  Immediate available is preferred
