Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries of delivery service by emails and calls
• Handle shipment tracing and claim paperwork
• Update customer the follow up result in timely manner
• Compiling reports for the department, support frontline operation and clerical work
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Who We Are Looking For
• F.5 or above
• 1 year customer customer experience in hotline center or shipping industry (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Willing to learn
• Have passion for logistics industry
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
