• Responsible for daily operations of import and export shipping documents
• Liaise with shippers, vendors, and overseas agencies to arrange shipping schedules
• Handle Tradelink declarations
• Provide general support of clerical duties (data-entry, filing, invoicing)

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• 1 year of relevant experience or fresh grade with relevant academic background are welcomed.  
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Well organized with good time management
