Le Dessert, the #1 Online French Patisserie in Hong Kong, is looking for a full time driver to help deliver happiness all across the territory. You will be responsible for delivering supply to our pop-up store and wholesale partners as well as delivering cakes and dessert to our cherished individual customers. You will operate from our Studio Kitchen in Chai Wan and from our pop-up stores. 

Responsibilities: 
> Morning delivery from the Central Kitchen to our pop-up stores (Currently in Harbour City and Taikoo Place) 
> All day deliveries to our wholesales partners (Ex: Burberry Shops, coffee chains ...) from either the Central Kitchen or the pop-up stores 
> All day deliveries to our retails and online customers from all our locations to their doorstep 
> Maximise efficiency by setting up daily delivery planning/routes, identifying free/parking spots, manage refuelling/cleaning of the van, vehicle licensing
> Maximise customer satisfaction by delivering on time, reaching out to customers to keep them informed of their delivery status, ensure integrity of the product until their consumption 
> Liaise will the different employees to proactively support their tasks
> Suggest improvements in the logistic chain and tools we use 

Profile: 
> Excellent communication skills in English (and Cantonese ideally) 
> Autonomous and pro-active 
> Attention to details and customer satisfaction oriented 
> Good sense of humour 
> Hardworking individual willing to work in the ever-evolving work environment of a start up
