Responsibility:

• Work closely with well-known retail brands to gather user requirements and design custom supply chain solutions
• Shepherd projects from initiation to implementation across large supply networks
• Travel overseas to large manufacturing sites for tailored software installations and end-user trainings
• Conduct software testing and liaise with different technical teams for development/resolution
• Post-implementation customer support and troubleshooting through phone and email

Requirements:

• 1 year's working experience, preferably with a background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Project implementation methodologies
• Project management with clear prioritization and organization skills
• exposure to work with well-known brands
• exposure to travel to overseas factories for on-site application and training
• design and execute customized workflow with customers
• Able to self manage and work independently
• Able to establish and build good customer relationships
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Putonghua or Korean is an advantage
• Excellent telephone etiquette and training skills
