Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer’s & overseas agent's inquiry and offer logistics solutions to the client;
• Attentive to details on customer requirements and expectation; and execute customer’s shipment bookings in a professional manner
• Proactively provide constant update for the customer about the delivery status of their shipments
• Respond to shipment irregularities and offer possible alternatives to the client; Timely report and escalate to Sales Manager, Head of Sales and the Management when there is any irregularity.   
• Work actively as a team to assist other teammates whenever needed.
• Provide regular reports and fulfill KPIs required by the company and the client.

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Must possess with in-depth knowledge in both air and ocean freight forwarding
• Good communications skills and telephone manner, always being customer-oriented and energetic to take initiatives
• Good interpersonal skills and high team spirits, able to communicate and work well with clients and internal staff at all levels
• Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight timelines
• With hands-on experience with freight prepaid customers will be a plus
• Being immediately available will be an advantage
