• Assist in developing new relationships and maintain relationships with OEM suppliers globally;
• Assist in any new aircraft and engine contract negotiations including providing analysis of products, competitors and market for reference;
• Interface with sales and contract teams of OEMs and other teams in relation to contractual rights and obligations in procurement transactions including deliveries;
• Manage and maintain internal databases in relation to procurement and related documentation to ensure data integrity for reporting including order book placement and deliveries status;
• Ensure that major aircraft configuration decision milestones are achieved on time and assess issues and risks across for deliveries;
• Prepare and manage the aircraft delivery process up to and including transfer of title to the aircraft (including aircraft/engine price calculation, preparation and/or review of the delivery documentation and signature of the delivery documents upon the Transfer of Title);
• Manage CALC’s portfolio of customer support rights to assist sales and marketing campaigns;
• Assist the development of the OEM Procurement team’s capabilities; and
• Perform ad hoc duties or business travel as assigned by company.

• Degree holder;
• 3 years’ relevant contract administration related experience in aviation industries e.g. lessors, OEMs, airlines;
• Boeing contracts management and aircraft delivery experience highly desirable; and
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships including proposal preparation and negotiation preferred.
