Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness with customer;
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries with customer & vendor;
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships;
• Identify and reach out to your customers to offer the proactive support that keeps customers engaged;
• Responding promptly to customer claim and complaints;
• Communicating and coordinating with other team for daily operations;
• Forecast plan for the shippable order in order bank weekly.

Requirements:

• University Graduate / Tertiary Education;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must, (knowledge of other language an advantage);
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Trading required; with knowledge of business transactions and shipping an advantage;
• Efficient in handling orders, RMA and CLAIM;
• Aviation background an advantage;
• Personality traits of being attentive to details, composed, quick and intelligent in learning, flexible, customer-focused and polite;
