Performs maintenance, repair and modifications of aircraft components and related equipment in accordance with standards, regulations, company policy and procedures. The position requires a reliable self-motivated person that can read and follow directions, able to work individually and also in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain aircraft components (including but not limited to: test, inspect, disassemble/reassemble, repair, modification, etc.)
• Follow all company procedures/policies, safety and security policies and regulations
• Work overtime on a short notice
• Back up department functions, cross-train in other departments and performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in engineering or related disciplines
• Min. 2 years in Engineering/ Repair Shop environment, experience in repair/maintenance of aircraft components is preferable 
• Able to read and understand technical documents such as, component maintenance/overhaul manuals, drawings, wiring schematics, and diagrams
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Demonstrate the use of common hand tools and testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, function generators, etc.
• Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, collaborate with co-workers in a tactful, professional and respectful manner
• Initiative, well organized and can work independently
