JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Form 6 or above
- Familiar with MSWord & Excel
- Eng Typing : 45 wpm ;Chi Typing :35 wpm
- 1-2 years of clerical experience (Fresh graduate will be considered)
- Alternative Saturday
- Assist project team
- Prepare purchasing order, invoice & other documents
- Handle general clerical duties such as filing, scanning & data input
- Telephone manner
- Coordinate with vendors and clients about the projects details
- Provide office support
