Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Form 6 or above
  • Familiar with MSWord & Excel
  • Eng Typing : 45 wpm ;Chi Typing :35 wpm
  • 1-2 years of clerical experience (Fresh graduate will be considered)
  • Alternative Saturday
JOB DUTIES :
  • Assist project team
  • Prepare purchasing order, invoice & other documents
  • Handle general clerical duties such as filing, scanning & data input
  • Telephone manner
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients about the projects details
  • Provide office support
