Requirements:

1. Hong Kong permanent resident
2. A university degree or equivalent, preferably majoring in arts administration or a performing arts discipline
3. General knowledge in the humanities and practical experiences in arts management preferred
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (incl. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of graphic design software (incl. Adobe Photoshop)
5. Experience in web content management systems and marketing tools (incl. CMS, CRM and social media) an advantage
6. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
7. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organised
8. A team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills
